Our Mission

At Twin Cities Pasta Club, we believe in the magic of pasta and the joy of cooking together. Founded by a lifelong pasta enthusiast, our mission is to share that love with our community. We’re dedicated to inspiring others to explore the art of pasta-making, from dough to noodles to ravioli and more. Our classes create a welcoming space for everyone to connect, learn, and forge lasting friendships. Together, we celebrate the creativity and comfort that comes from crafting delicious meals, turning simple ingredients into memorable experiences. Join us in this culinary journey and discover the joy of pasta with a community that feels like family.

 Chef Beth

Beth got her start cooking in 2013, when she began assisting cooking classes in Stillwater, Mn. This experience spurred a love for Italian food and more specifically, pasta. Wanting to gain more knowledge in cooking, she attended culinary school in Saint Paul, Mn. After completing her culinary training, Beth went on to work in some of the most respected kitchens in the Twin Cities. Restaurants like; Spoon and Stable, Bellecour, Heartland Restaurant, and Restaurant Alma. She also held notable positions as Executive Sous Chef at Aces Restaurant in Queens, NYC, as well as Chef de Cuisine at the Minneapolis restaurant, Chloes by Vincent.

Throughout her career, Beth continued her love for Pasta. These days Beth shares that passion by teaching the pasta skills and techniques she has learned along the way.
